Unlimited Minutes on Power Plans in du Power Plan 1000
You can get unlimited minutes on selected Power Plans. Please note that your unlimited minute’s allowance is for personal use only. Usage will be monitored, and we reserve the rights to disconnect the line without any notification, in case of fraudulent activity.
How ‘Carry-over data’ works
With our ‘data carry-over’ service, monthly plan data that is unused by the end of the billing cycle can be carried over into the next month. The unused data can only be carried over once and, if unused again, will expire by the end of that billing cycle. The maximum amount of data that can be carried over is limited to 50% of your plan’s original monthly data allowance. Carried over data will be used over your regular monthly allowance first.
If you’re subscribed to Power Plan 1,000/1,200, you can carry forward up to 60 GB of unused data.

The calls on Power Plans are charged as per minute.
Will I be charged if I deactivate my du Power Plan 1000 during the contract period?
If you terminate your contract within the first month of purchase, the usage of your mobile service will be prorated and billed to you. An early termination fee will apply if you terminate your contract. The termination fee is the equivalent of your one-month contract rate, plus any additional data or calls time used over and above your monthly allowance – inclusive of 5% VAT. For example, if you have Power Plan 200, your termination fee will be AED 200 + 5% VAT (AED 210), plus any additional data, minutes, and add-ons you may have subscribed to.
To terminate your contract, please provide us with a 30-day written notice.
