Will I be charged if I deactivate my Power Plan during the contract period?
If you terminate your contract within the first month of purchase, the usage of your mobile service will be prorated and billed to you. An early termination fee will apply if you terminate your contract. The termination fee is the equivalent of your one-month contract rate, plus any additional data or call time used over and above your monthly allowance – inclusive of 5% VAT. For example, if you have Power Plan 200, your termination fee will be AED 200 + 5% VAT (AED 210), plus any additional data, minutes and add-ons you may have subscribed to.
To terminate your contract, please provide us with a 30-day written notice by contacting us on [email protected].
What will happen after my contract expires?
You can continue enjoying your plan with no contract option. However, your monthly plan’s fee will increase, and you’ll be charged with your plan’s no contract monthly fee’s amount. To continue your plan with the discounted monthly fees, make sure you renew your contract before it expires.
