- When applicable, a 15% withholding tax will be applied nationwide, excluding Great Britain.
- If 10 MB or less of data is left on a post-paid plan, any launched data session that is larger than 10 MBs will be charged as PayG.
- FED fees are 0% in Great Britain and 19.5% in the rest of Pakistan.
- All typical tariffs shown above do not include taxes.
- The line rent amount includes tax.
- You will be charged 20 paisa plus tax when you call USSDs to check for free resources.
- Off-Net Dialing includes dialling on PTCL landline and dialling on networks other than Telenor.
- Only dialling between Telenor numbers is referred to as “on-net dialling.”
- Helpline Fees: When you connect to a customer relations officer, you will be charged Rs. 2.00 plus VAT.
- One price plan modification is permitted per payment cycle.
- Your Postpaid bill is payable when it is generated. Please make sure to pay your debts within 14 days of the due date to prevent having your connection blocked.
- All necessary resources are offered. Depending on the activation date, billing is prorated.
